What types of products do you use?
We use commercial grade products which are safe to use. We have neutral floor cleaner that is safe for any type of surface and doesn’t have a strong smell.
Do you bring your own chemicals or do we need to provide them?
We bring everything we need ourselves unless there is a different chemical we don’t have that a client would rather us use, we can use theirs instead.
What do you use on stainless steel appliances?
We clean all stainless steel appliances with ajax/barkeeper friendly which makes them look like they are brand new and free of oil. Clients don’t have to worry about fingerprints or oil smears all over the appliances.
What do you use to remove hard water in showers and sinks?
We use a commercial grade chemical to safely remove hard water without harming the surfaces such as faucets or shower handles.
How do you mop the floors?
We use neutral floor cleaner from janitorial supplies with microfiber cloths on our mop sticks. By using microfiber cloths we don’t have to reuse the same mop head in each house which allows us to always have a clean mop in every house. If clients prefer us to use Bona or other products for their floor we are happy to use their product instead of ours.
Do you clean window sills, sliding doors and tracks?
Yes, we clean all window sills along with any sliding doors and their tracks every service.
Do you clean baseboards, fans, and blinds?
Yes, but it depends on how often we clean a house. If we clean every two weeks then we clean them as needed, but if we clean once a month or more in between services then we clean them every time.
Do you clean the garage?
We clean garage floors and cabinets if there are any under request only.
Do you change bedding?
Yes, if the clean sheets are left on top of the bed or if we have instructions as to where to find the clean sheets we can make the bed.
Do you do laundry?
We don’t do personal laundry. However, we will do laundry for airbnb’s (sheets and towels only) for an extra charge per load.
Can we leave you alone working?
Absolutely! We will make sure to shut off every light and fan after we finish the cleaning service. We can lock everything up and exit out the garage.
Are you guys licensed, bonded, and insured?
We are licensed and insured! We are not bonded, however, I respond to any messages or calls while my girls are cleaning.
